The core practices of Srividya sadhana is taught in 7 graduated steps/levels. All the practices are meditative in nature and are not outward puja rituals. Each level should be practiced regularly for 8 weeks before going to next level.

Have attended Karma Shuddhi Workshop and have been regularly practicing the mantra sadhanas given by Guruji. I have noticed a calm and positive mindset by practicing them. During the workshop Guruji has explained in detail and clearly how karmas are formed and how to overcome them. The deeksha and the initiation given by guruji was very powerful and experienced lightness instantly, as though something heavy from one's aura had been cleared. Guruji was all throughout very patiently and lovingly answering queries of all sadhaks. It was definitely a very positive and divine experience. I attended the Karma Shuddhi workshop at SSRC. This was my first workshop, and guruji's teaching were easy to follow. He spent a lot of time in explaning the concepts and even took the time to answer a lot of questions from the particiapnts. We were given Diksha in various matras that can help us transform our spiritual and physical life. The energy of this place was amazing and I will be attending more workshops in the future.

It's been around. 2 months since I have taken the Devi Baglamukhi Deeksha and the results of regular practice are phenomenal.
